MlkMen delivers worldwide! We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders. Delivery costs for Europe, USA, Canada and the Rest of the World are calculated at the point of checkout based on the weight of your total order, destination and preferred delivery service.
It's a busy time of the year and we want to ensure you get your package on-time whether its for yourself or you're purchasing as a gift. It's recommended that parcels are posted no later than Monday 21 December for guaranteed arrival before Christmas Day therefore orders intended to arrive prior to Christmas Day should be placed no later than 1pm on Monday 21 December.
We aim to pick, pack and dispatch orders as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, along with any relevant tracking information where applicable.
When your order arrives wear them with pride and share your flavour with the world by posting your pictures on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Tag us in your posts using @wearemlkmen and we might even share them with our followers!
Impact of COVID-19
We're currently operating as normal but your health and safety are our our top priorities. We are diligently following guidance and best practices, and our TasteLab technicians are preparing your orders in the best possible environment.
Whilst we will dispatch orders as per our normal operations however delivery may be delayed due to possible reduced service.
What if no one is in?
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if no one is available to take delivery our couriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
Will I be charged customs and imports duties?
Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. We’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected shipping charges at your end.
