We hope you love your new MlkMen items as much as we do. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged or faulty in any way, or they are not what you ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

No refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items due to hygiene, health and safety reasons.

We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If this is the case, then please contact us as soon as possible on hello@mlkmen.com and we'll provide further instructions.

Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 7 days for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.

Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, the price paid for the goods, the delivery charge and the return delivery charges will be refunded. We only refund to the same payment method used to purchase the items. Refunds could take up to 20 working days to show in your account.
